At ToolUSA, we stand behind the quality of our tools and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned tools, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
